Please collect your device within 14 days. If it is not collected within this time, we will not be responsible for it.

If the device is not collected within 14 days and payment has not been made, we may sell the device to recover our costs.

Please ensure you have made a full backup of your device. We are not responsible for any data loss.

If we carry out any software repair, you may lose all data on the device.

Please remove your SIM card and memory card before handing over your device.

If you change your mind and decide not to proceed with the repair, there will be a 45% non‑refundable charge.

When we repair your phone, it will not be restored to brand‑new condition. The warranty applies only to the part listed on your repair sheet.

Any other parts that are not working are not covered under warranty.

All repairs come with a 6‑ or 12‑month warranty, excluding wear‑and‑tear parts.

We only unlock phones. We do not unblock them.
If your phone displays Enter NCK, SPCK, or SIM not supported, it requires unlocking. -
If your phone has no signal or cannot make/receive calls, please contact your network provider, as this may indicate the phone has been reported lost or stolen.

We can only remove passwords, passcodes, or patterns.
We cannot remove iCloud, Google, or Samsung accounts. You will still be charged the full amount. -
Not providing the device password may limit our ability to test the repair. Any additional testing required afterwards will cost £15 (if applicable).

The 12‑month warranty only covers technical faults related to the repair carried out.

Please ensure the device you are handing in is rightfully owned by you.
